Kids Against Violence (KAV)

This is an 8 week program developed by Ovis Community services.

During and after the program, teachers have reported that;

  1. students increased their awareness of their emotions,
  2. students learnt how to identify safe and unsafe situations and how to keep safe.
  3. students had increased their use of the coping strategies for feeling unsafe and for regulating their emotions that they had been taught in KAV.
  4. students increased their understanding of gender equality
